First drafts of the documents you write over and over
Reports, proposals, summaries, quotes. It assembles the draft from your own data and your own templates. Your expert edits it and signs it. It never sends anything on its own.
Moves information between the tools you already pay for
Quote to job, job to invoice, invoice to the books, everything to the CRM. Nobody rekeys anything, and the two systems stop disagreeing about what is true.
Carries the deadlines so nobody has to hold them in their head
Renewals, expiries, thresholds, exceptions. Remembering all of it is a job in itself. It watches quietly and stays quiet, then tells one person the moment something actually needs a human.

Most software projects fail because somebody bought a big plan before anyone understood the work. We do it the other way round. We map your operations first, we propose in writing, and we build one system at a time, each one earning the next.

A free workflow map, about ninety minutes
We sit down together and map how the work actually moves through your business, then mark where the hours are going. You keep the map either way, even if you never hire us. Most people spot two or three things they had not realised were costing them a day a week.
- 02 · Proposal
A written proposal, with the first system and the whole picture
Within a week you have a proposal in plain language: the first system we would build, what it replaces, a fixed price to build it, and the monthly partnership that keeps it running and builds the rest. No obligation. If the numbers do not make sense for your firm, we will say so before you have to.
- 03 · Build
The first system, built on your real work
We build it properly, inside your own private app, running on your real projects, usually in two to four weeks. Your team is using it before anyone talks about the next one. Everything it produces is reviewed and signed by a person, always.

One system at a time, for as long as it earns its place
From there it is a monthly partnership. Everything already built stays hosted, maintained and trusted, and every month or two the next bottleneck comes off your list and goes into the app. We work with a handful of firms at a time, on purpose, so each one gets the person who built it. If one small automation is all you need, we will tell you and point you somewhere cheaper.

We are not interested in building something that quietly emails your clients at 2am. Five rules we do not bend.
- 01Nothing goes out the door unreviewed.Drafts are drafts. A person reads it, edits it and sends it.
- 02We sell the outcome, not the technology.You should be able to describe what you got without using the word “AI”.
- 03Your data stays yours.We work inside the tools you already use, we take the minimum access needed, and if we ever part ways you get every record back in open formats, not a switched-off login.
- 04Your data is hosted in Canada.Your app runs in a Montréal data centre, in a database that holds no other company’s data. We tell you exactly which services touch it and under what terms.
- 05If it will not save you real hours, we will say so.Some things are not worth automating. Telling you that is cheaper for both of us than building it.

What one of these actually looks like
A worked example of the kind of system we build, so you can picture it against your own week.
Before
- Someone drives back from a site visit with photos on a phone and notes in their head.
- That evening, the last report is opened and saved as a copy.
- Photos are dragged in one by one and the notes retyped from memory.
- The standard sections get rewritten slightly differently each time.
- Two to three hours per visit, most of it not the work they are paid for.
After
- On site, they take the photos and say thirty seconds of notes into the phone.
- Before they are back on the road, a complete draft is waiting in SampleCo’s app, on letterhead, photos placed.
- Standard sections come from the company’s own approved wording, not invented.
- A manager reviews, corrects and approves. Nothing is issued automatically.
- About twenty minutes per visit, and every one of them is judgment, not typing.
Questions
The things people ask first
What does this cost?
The workflow map and the proposal cost nothing. The first system is quoted in the proposal as a fixed build price, so there is nothing to estimate and nothing to audit.
After that, the partnership is a flat monthly fee to host, maintain and keep building. It is agreed in writing before the build starts, and it steps up only when a new system goes live, never on a timesheet. Partnerships are built for companies that are growing into something bigger and want the whole operation quietly handled while they do it. No seat licences, no per-user pricing, no surprises after the fact. If one small automation is all you need, we will tell you so and point you to a cheaper way to get it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can walk us through how the work gets done today, that is everything we need. We handle the building, the connecting and the maintaining. You handle knowing your business.
Is my data safe?
Your app and its database run in a Canadian data centre, and the database holds no other company’s data. We ask for the narrowest access to your existing tools that does the job, we document exactly what has access to what, and you can revoke it at any time.
Drafting uses a commercial model service under terms that forbid training on your data. That processing happens outside Canada, and we say so in writing rather than pretending otherwise. If you are a regulated professional, the system drafts and never issues: you review and sign. If your industry has specific requirements, tell us on the call and we will design to them.
Which tools do you work with?
The ordinary ones. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, SharePoint and Drive, QuickBooks and Xero, Procore and the common job management systems, Slack and Teams, and most things with a modern integration. If yours is unusual, ask. The answer is usually yes, occasionally no, and we will tell you which before you spend anything.
How long does the first one take?
The map is one meeting and the proposal follows within a week. Once you say yes, the first system is usually running on your real work in two to four weeks. We would rather scope the first one small and have it working than scope it ambitiously and have it pending.
Who am I actually working with?
One operations developer who runs the workflow map, builds the system and keeps it running. There is no sales team and no handoff to a junior. You get the person who built it, for as long as it runs.
Will this replace my staff?
That is not what we are selling and it is not what happens. What we remove is the part of the job people describe as the part they hate. The team stays, and gets the hours back for work that actually needs a person.
